Yalila Espinoza is an intimacy coach and integrative health educator with her Ph.D. earned in studying the erotic intelligence of plants. She comes on the show today to talk about her journey into health from past sexual abuse and her time working with various in the jungles of South America (including Ayahuasca, Coca, and multiple long-term deitas, some of which in isolation).
Yalila also outlines her Spiritual Erotic Awakening model as we talk about sexual trauma, sexuality in Shamanism, inequality in Ayahuasca cultures, and what it means to trust in the body.
